Located on 280 acres in Benton, Louisiana, Holly Hill Farm is a full-service English equestrian facility offering boarding, training, horseback riding lessons, breeding, clinics, and recognized horse trials. Just 10 miles north of Shreveport-Bossier City, we provide a supportive, professional space where horses and riders of all levels can grow, train, and thrive.

Tracy Hewlett

Farm Manager • Trainer • Event Organizer

  • Grew up riding and competing in upstate New York
  • Former member of Mendon Pony Club; competed through Preliminary level
  • Holds degrees from Cornell University and Texas A&M
  • Co-founded Holly Hill Farm with husband Bobby in Benton, LA
  • Oversees daily farm operations, riding programs, shows, clinics, and sales

Dr. Bobby Hewlett

On-Site Veterinarian • Breeding Program Lead

  • Raised in Houma and Natchitoches, Louisiana
  • Graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine
  • Focused on sport horse medicine and equine reproduction
  • Longtime team vet for the Area V Young Riders
  • Actively involved in Holly Hill’s breeding, training, and veterinary support
  • Available on-site to assist boarders and riders with everyday care needs
